Hi, I’m Karen, Founder of HubZest.

Through more than 15 years in business development and marketing roles, including product development, marketing strategy and relationship management, the need to delight customers has remained front and centre of my thinking.

I’ve seen first-hand the impact of implementing first-class CRM systems in sectors ranging from Financial Services, to Independent Education. The need to serve customers in  a joined-up, personalised way is essential for great customer relationships and strong business performance, no matter the industry.

My first HubSpot project was in 2018 enabling a forward-thinking client to revolutionise their approach to sales and marketing, and develop a central source of up-to-date information and fully customisable reporting, accessible organisation-wide.

In 2025 I founded HubZest to help other businesses create seamless, well designed customer journeys, using HubSpot as a driving force for business transformation.
